Responsibilities:
* In charge of store operation management, including staffing, inventory management, customer service, and store display, to ensure operational efficiency and service quality and provide customers with satisfactory service experiences.
* Responsible for the store P&L, monitor and analyze operational data, and adjust operation strategies in a timely manner to ensure the achievement of operating goals.
* Manage and train the store operation team, formulate and implement training plans to improve the overall quality and service level of the team.
Requirements:
* More than 2 years of store management experience in the mobile phone industry or consumer electronics industry would be preferred.
* Fluently in both the local language and English, both orally and in writing.
* With strong passion for retail, strong learning ability, excellent cooperation spirit, and a sense of ownership.
