We’re looking for a Channel Sales Manager to design, implement and lead a partner strategy involving OEMs, vendors, engineering firms, and consultancies across global markets.

What You´ll Be Responsible For:
1. Define and execute the go-to-market strategy for our indirect sales channel
2. Identify high-impact partner categories (OEMs, vendors, consulting firms, service providers)
3. Develop tailored value propositions and scalable partnership models
4. Set up the initial partner pipeline and close the first strategic agreements
5. Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure our platform meets partner needs
6. Establish a repeatable framework for partner acquisition and activation
What You Bring:
1. Solid experience in B2B sales and channel development, ideally in energy, SaaS, or industrial tech
2. Strategic mindset with hands-on execution capability—you’ve built from zero before
3. Strong knowledge of the energy sector and its key players
4. Excellent communication and deal-closing skills
5. Fluency in English (Spanish is a plus)
