The Junior Marketing Manager plays a pivotal role in supporting the smooth operation of our marketing department and activities, overseeing sales support, event management, engaging with audiences, and supporting internal communications to drive growth, enhance brand presence, and ensure strategic alignment.
* Provide comprehensive sales support to align marketing activities with strategic goals and drive growth.
* Support the rest of the Marketing team in the execution of their strategy (Content, Digital, PR..).
* Enhance internal communications to foster corporate culture.
* Collaborate with other departments and factories to ensure integrated, effective marketing strategies supporting business objectives and aligned with our sustainability.
Your responsibilities
* Sales Support: Provide comprehensive support to the sales team, including the coordination of marketing materials (both digital and physical) and tools that enhance sales efforts.
* Brand Support: Provide brand client support by addressing their marketing needs and serving as the primary point of contact.
* B2B Events and Trade Shows Management: Plan and execute all B2B events and trade shows, from planning to execution, to maximize visibility and engagement and ensure alignment with our marketing and sales strategy and objectives.
* Marketing Support to Factories: Offer marketing assistance to factory operations, ensuring consistent branding and communication.
* Internal Communication: Lead initiatives to enhance internal communications in collaboration with the Human Resources team, fostering a cohesive and informed workforce.
* Communication Support: Support the rest of the marketing team with the publications calendar, community management across our digital channels, and newsletters, including copywriting in native English.
* Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing efforts are integrated and effective.
* Public Relations: Support public relations efforts, including drafting press releases, maintaining media relationships, and monitoring media coverage.
* Sustainability: Collaborate with the Sustainability team to ensure all marketing activities and activations align with company goals and legislation.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) in Marketing, Business, or related field.
Must have:
* 2-5 years of professional experience in Marketing (Textile, Fashion, or Circular industries a plus).
* Native or bilingual level of English, professional level of Spanish. Good writing skills.
* Highly organized with strong skills in planning, executing, and managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
* Proficiency in providing comprehensive support to sales teams to enhance their effectiveness.
* Advanced corporate presentations experience (PowerPoint).
* Strong attention to detail, curious mind.
Nice to have:
* Experience in planning and executing successful B2B events and trade shows.
* PR experience is a plus.
* Strong understanding of brand positioning and consistency across all marketing channels.
* Flexibility to adjust strategies and approaches based on market trends and organizational needs.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
* Basic knowledge of design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma) is a plus (not mandatory).
Role of the department
The aim of the Marketing department is to support our sales activity and grow Recover as a scalable Ingredient Brand, creating a virtuous circle of demand between both our B2B and B2C audiences.
