Apply now for the position of IT Business Analyst for User Experience and you will act as an interface between our colleagues and the IT departments. You will ensure that IT-related user feedback leads to continuous improvements to our IT offerings and that the needs of our users are effectively taken into account. You are an advocate for users by taking their perspective and explaining Siemens Healthineers' IT topics in an easy-to-understand way. With your work, you will bridge the gap between employees and IT to fully exploit the full range of possibilities offered by our internal IT offerings.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
* Analyze and derive improvement measures based on IT-related user feedback.
* Support the IT service and project teams by providing detailed requirement descriptions.
* Work closely with IT service and project teams to implement these requirements.
* Support and maintain our UX processes to ensure continuous improvement and alignment with user needs.
* Act as the main point of contact in projects and services for all matters related to user feedback.
Skills and Qualifications:
* Completed studies in Business Informatics, Change Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
* We also welcome applicants with related vocational training and additional professional experience in this area.
* Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in an agile team environment.
* You are confident in using common Microsoft 365 applications.
* Relevant experience in project and process management is a plus.
* At least 2 years of professional experience.
Profile:
* You can communicate fluently in English in written and spoken form. German language skills are a plus.
