Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Assist our Department head with daily tasks
2. Ensure the flow of information between team and management
3. Travel management for our team
4. Organize and manage a filing system
5. Prepare statistical evaluations and reports as decision bases
6. Do research and prepare presentations and briefings for our Department head
7. Perform basic bookkeeping tasks
8. Open, sort, and distribute incoming emails and other correspondence
9. Assist with creating company presentations
Who We Are Looking For:
1. Organizational talent with analytical capabilities and quick learning ability
2. Excellent communication skills in English
3. Highly motivated work style, strong people skills, and positive mindset
4. Analytical, structured, and independent approach to work
5. Careful, trustworthy, and structured work method
6. Ability to prioritize tasks
7. Ideally studied business administration, administrative sciences, education, or similar

Plug and Play's global attendance policy: 3 days at the office, 2 days home. All offers of employment may be contingent upon clear results of a thorough background check. Background checks may be conducted on all final candidates.
