We're looking for a talented, hardworking individual with great energy and initiative to drive delivery and customer success for one of the fastest key players in the connectivity field across the travel sector.
What you’ll be doing:
1. Manage case queues in accordance to customer agreements.
2. Answer technical questions, solve technical problems, and suggest appropriate workarounds.
3. Understand and advocate for customer needs.
4. Resolve customer service issues and skillfully manage/troubleshoot complex customer service problems.
5. Manage customers' expectations and experience in a way that results in high customer satisfaction.
6. Develop and maintain technical expertise in assigned areas of product functionality and utilize that expertise effectively to help customers.
7. Create knowledge base materials dedicated towards operational efficiency.
8. Research, document, escalate cases according to procedure.
9. Assist with the design and delivery of product and other technical training.
10. Review support cases for technical and troubleshooting accuracy.
We are looking for someone with:
1. 1+ years of prior experience in Customer Support or DevOps.
2. Knowledge of SaaS environments and Integrated Technologies (Azure, Jenkins).
3. Knowledge of development technologies and tools (XML, APIs, CLI, SQL, error logs, etc.).
4. Specific experience and understanding of branching strategy and hosted version control vendors, Copado and Salesforce working knowledge and experience.
5. Familiarity with Git repositories.
6. Demonstrated analysis, problem solving and troubleshooting expertise.
7. Ability to effectively prioritize and escalate customer issues as required.
8. Excellent written and verbal communication skills (both in Spanish and English).
