Our client is one of the world's leading IT & Engineering Service Integration businesses. We are looking for a strong Account Manager with a personal network of contacts within Vodafone Spain.
Responsibilities:
1. Handle inquiries and requests from customers and address their needs.
2. Stay on top of accounts, making sure they receive services that are within their budget and meet their needs.
3. Meet regularly with other team members to discuss progress and find new ways to improve business.
4. Generate progress reports for clients and senior leaders within the organization.
5. Identify upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities and communicate with the sales team regularly.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
1. Experience in selling IT services and should have good relationships preferably with C-level/Senior executives within the Telecom / Teleco industry.
2. Professional experience in a sales or customer service role.
3. Ability to multitask and juggle several responsibilities simultaneously. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
4. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
