Job Description
The Events Lead is a pivotal role for Galderma commercial operations, aimed at ensuring a clear company strategy is in place for all key external conferences, as well as executing this strategy to provide a best-in-class customer journey during the conferences that Galderma participates in.
Key Responsibilities
1. Act as a Global Process Owner for HCP facing events end-to-end engagement process.
2. Continuously screen external events within therapeutic domains of therapeutic dermatology, injectable aesthetics, and dermatological skincare for relevance to Galderma strategy.
3. Establish clear criteria for event profiling, qualification, and selection to ensure the best events are part of Galderma's customer engagement strategy.
4. Ensure a clear strategy is in place for every event that Galderma participates in, coordinating development of such strategy with franchise heads to respect brand/franchise priorities and arbitrate prioritization when necessary.
5. Ensure effective execution of the strategy by collaborating with the Events Team and other internal stakeholders to deliver a distinguished Galderma presence and best-in-class attendee experience.
6. Coordinate internally and externally various event-related activities as necessary.
7. Handle event-related internal communication and change management activities.
8. Ensure alignment and project management for events-related matters.
