Your responsibilities will be :
* Lead a team and play a crucial role in developing mobility systems.
* Lead R&D projects for analog and power electronics systems from concept to mass production.
* Design and simulate electronic hardware.
* Develop and validate signal sensing, processing circuits, and high-voltage / high-power converter boards.
* Collaborate with layout engineers to optimize high-density mixed signals and high-power boards.
* Ensure compliance with automotive and safety standards.
* Create test procedures and verifying hardware designs.
* Document designs, schematics, test records, and specifications.
Skills and Qualifications :
* BSc in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
* 5 years of experience in team leadership.
* 12 years of experience in power electronics hardware design (at least 3-5 years in the automotive sector).
* Strong knowledge of analog electronics development and high-power conversion systems.
* Proficiency in ORCAD design tools (Capture and Allegro) and simulation tools like SPICE / LTSPICE / PSIM.
Nice to Have :
* Experience with electromagnetic field simulation tools.
* Strong technical documentation and specification writing skills.
* Knowledge of validation processes for global safety and industry standards (UL, CSA, IEC, IEEE, EU, EN).
