We have the opportunity for a new vacancy of Procurement Intern to join the European Corporate Procurement team led by Procurement Operations Manager Europe.
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Intern who will play a crucial role in supporting the implementation and on-boarding of company suppliers into ARIBA, our procurement and supplier management platform. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in procurement operations, supplier management, and digital tools in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supplier On-boarding
* Assist with supplier data collection, validation, and entry into ARIBA.
* Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely submission of required documentation.
* Monitor the progress of on-boarding and follow up to address delays or issues.
* ARIBA Implementation Support
* Provide administrative support during ARIBA supplier implementation.
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders and suppliers to ensure smooth transitions to the ARIBA platform.
* Identify and resolve discrepancies in supplier profiles and information.
* Data Management and Reporting
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date supplier records.
* Generate reports to track on-boarding progress and highlight areas for improvement.
* Communication and Coordination
* Serve as a point of contact for suppliers regarding ARIBA-related queries.
* Support the Procurement team in coordinating training sessions or informational meetings with suppliers.
* Process Improvement
* Assist in identifying inefficiencies in the on-boarding process and propose solutions.
* Support team initiatives to optimize the supplier implementation process.
