We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee a critical project within the Corporate and Investment Banking (CIB) sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the implementation and optimization of a position-keeping system, ensuring seamless integration with existing financial systems and processes. This role requires a deep understanding of financial markets, risk management, and regulatory compliance and at least 7 years of experience in similar roles, particularly in the Spanish market.

The role requires 3 to 5 days from the office.
Responsibilities
* Project Planning and Execution: Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
* Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including senior management, IT teams, and business units, to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.
* Performance Monitoring: Track project performance using appropriate tools and techniques. Report on project progress, issues, and risks to stakeholders.
* Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a cross-functional project team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
* Vertical Skills: Must be able to challenge stakeholders based on the candidate's understanding of the business.
Must Have
* 7+ Years of Project Management experience.
* Extensive background and knowledge of Capital Markets.
* Finance background.
* Fluent in Spanish.
Nice to Have
* Experience with Murex, Calypso, or any other similar systems.
* PM certifications (PMP, Prince2, Agile, etc).
