RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE
HR administration:
* Support to Human Resources in the process all employee payrolls, update payroll database with changes, maintain payroll files.
* Support employees during the employee lifecycle (including administration of onboarding and offboarding, creation of HR relevant documents, master data maintenance in the tool and complete employee files respecting GDPR), ad hoc support
* Support Human Resources on the digitalization of personnel files (PeopleDoc project)
* Support in global Human Resources projects as well as taking over small projects of your own
Managing Director Assistant
* Coordinate the agendas to plan the monthly Managing Comitee meetings
* Send the Outlook invitation for the monthly Actualidad MH Iberia digital meeting + send the emails to gather the topics that will be shared
* Help with the administrative organization of the Market Visits : travels +transfers+ hotels booking + invoices & payment management
* Coordinate the company annual event : travels & transfers+ hotels booking + manage the invoices & payment
* Gather pictures & videos from the whole team and send it to our communication agency in order to develop the best of video of the year
* Organize travels to Maisons for VIP customers : planning, travel arrangements, budgeting, managing suppliers and logistics
* Book the meetings rooms for the Codir meeting in Barcelona + order meal trays if necessary
* Raise purchase orders and record all invoices against budgets
PROFILE
Education: Graduate
Languages: Spanish and English. French is a plus.
Professional experience & know how:
* Minimum 1 year of experience in Management assistant and Human Resources or related sector
* Drive & Orientation to results
* Strong capacity to organise and prioritise
* Good communicator
* Multitasking
* Strong interest in Luxury / Wines & Spirits industry
* Analytical skills
* Power Point, Excel
