About the Role
We are seeking a results-driven professional with a passion for building strong partnerships and driving revenue growth. As an Affiliate Manager, you will be responsible for managing our affiliate marketing program, cultivating relationships with partners, optimizing campaigns, and ensuring the success of performance-driven initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain relationships with assigned affiliate partners.
* Identify and acquire new affiliate partners to expand our network.
* Manage strategic accounts and negotiate reward plans with AdOps teams.
* Work closely with affiliate partners to ensure they have the necessary resources to maximize their potential.
* Monitor affiliate performance daily and optimize deals/campaigns for steady and positive development.
* Align with internal stakeholders, including Country/Marketing/Brand Managers, BI, Compliance, etc.
* Evaluate and renegotiate agreements to ensure a positive ROI from affiliation.
* Provide regular reports on results, performance, and challenges to internal stakeholders.
* Maintain up-to-date materials with assigned affiliates, including campaigns, design, landing pages, bonus offers, and links.
* Stay informed about legal changes/requirements and ensure compliance among affiliate partners.
* Prioritize networking by attending conferences and industry events to build and develop personal networks.
Our Ideal Candidate Will Have:
* At least 1.5 years of experience in affiliation management.
* Verifiable knowledge/experience in international markets and the iGaming industry.
* Proven track record of managing key affiliate accounts.
* Familiarity with tracking systems.
