1. OS (Unix/Linux): Ability to check/perform actions on processes, memory, CPU, script execution, health checks, and start/stop components.
2. Oracle DB: Operational knowledge (gather diagnostic data, start/stop, checks).
3. FMW/APPs: Mainly WebLogic and Oracle Enterprise Manager, but knowledge of other Oracle applications is also valuable.
