We are looking for an experienced Area Manager to lead a group of stores within a dynamic and growing retail environment. Reporting to the Head of Sales, you will be responsible for driving commercial performance, enhancing customer experience, and leading high-performing teams across your area.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and support Store Managers in achieving sales targets and delivering outstanding customer service.
* Coach teams to identify commercial opportunities and ensure strong execution of strategic plans.
* Use reporting tools and data insights to drive performance and improve in-store availability.
* Develop talent, promote succession planning, and foster a culture of continuous learning and engagement.
* Ensure operational excellence, manage budgets and costs effectively, and drive cost-saving initiatives.
* Champion health & safety standards and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams and act as a brand ambassador both internally and externally.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in a multi-site retail management role.
* Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills.
* Commercially driven with strong analytical and planning abilities.
* Passion for people development and customer experience.
* Ability to work strategically while being hands-on and results-oriented.
