The opportunity: Financial Services Organization (FSO) is a sub-area within our Organization, which includes all EY professionals who serve the financial and insurance industry.
It is a multidisciplinary team with the aim of adapting in the best way to the needs of our customers.
From CCaSS FSO (Climate Change & Sustainable Services) we help companies respond to the needs of the environment by assessing environmental impact, identifying opportunities and supporting the presentation of non-financial reports to their stakeholders.
Your main functions:
1. Advice on policies and strategies in the field of Corporate Governance, Reputation and Sustainability.
2. Analysis and application of good practices of companies in the aspects of Corporate Governance.
3. Definition of stakeholder relationship models (reputational risk management, positioning before investors, assessment of impact and contribution, supply chain evaluation systems, etc.).
4. Corporate reporting processes (sustainability reports, integrated reports, etc.) and audit processes for non-financial information.
5. Implementation of projects on specific subjects (carbon footprint, green bonds, management of risks related to Human Rights, materiality analysis, etc.).
6. Professional training in a team involved in national and international projects.
Requirements:
1. Ability to work in a team, proactivity and initiative, customer orientation.
2. Motivation and capacity for constant growth and development, in a competitive, challenging and collaborative environment.
Essential requirements:
1. At least 2 years of experience in a professional services company, preferably in the area of Sustainability.
2. Master's degree in engineering and environmental management; water engineering and management; renewable energies and energy market or similar.
3. Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management, Communication, International Business or similar, with an interest in the environmental area.
4. Advanced level of English.
5. Availability to travel.
6. Proficiency in the Office suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
Desirable requirements:
1. International experience is an asset.
2. We value knowledge in other languages.
