As a DataOps Analyst - Social, you will handle the maintenance of our Social coverage database, including social accounts addition, social database maintenance tasks, miscategorization issues, and omissions troubleshooting, as well as QA and maintenance projects to ensure that we have the best possible coverage for our customers.
You will also work specifically providing support for customer-raised requests.
You will collaborate with other teams, both within DataOps and in the wider LM organization, such as Labs, Product, Sales, and CS; providing feedback, supporting requests, etc.
What you’ll do :
* Work on our coverage roadmap by adding and setting up new social accounts to our database.
* Enrich our coverage database by updating and performing maintenance tasks across the social database.
* Troubleshoot and fix errors on our coverage.
* Collaborate in coverage-related projects.
* Contribute to maintaining a high-quality standard by regularly checking and updating our social profiles.
* Collaborate with your manager and Product and Sales teams to build a roadmap.
* Support CS and Sales teams with coverage-related needs, tickets, troubleshooting, etc.
ABOUT YOU
Who you are :
* Degree in Data Entry, Documentalism, Marketing, Communication, Journalism, or similar.
* Knowledge of data entry, data management, data organization methodologies, communication, Marketing, and Social Networks.
* Knowledge of Agile methodologies and tools.
* Passionate and up-to-date about Social Network issues.
* Ability to concentrate and pay attention to detail.
* Advanced English.
* Analytical ability.
* Autonomy and proactive attitude.
Extra Credit :
* If you have worked on similar projects about data filtering, querying, data management, or similar tasks in the past.
* If you understand how a website and social network works, how information is presented and organized.
* If you have knowledge about social networks, portals, organic search, web morphology, and online structures.
* We’ll greatly value knowledge of other languages such as Arabic, Chinese, Japanese, Greek, Russian, Turkish, among others.

The Data Ops team maintains and updates the company's data assets so we have the best possible and most up-to-date data on our products, across all channels: print, online, and social. Our mission is to manage and update our data assets. In collaboration with the Product team, we work on the roadmap to support the company data strategy and answer our customers' coverage needs.
