You´ll align with our business objectives and be responsible for managing client relationships, identifying new growth opportunities, and ensuring the successful implementation of our genomic solutions across international markets.Key Responsibilities:Manage and expand the client portfolio in the assigned region, building strong relationships and ensuring alignment with international business strategies.Analyze global market trends to identify key stakeholders, uncover new business opportunities, and support the expansion of Health in Code’s solutions worldwide.Promote and adapt Health in Code’s genomic solutions to different healthcare systems and international markets, collaborating with global partners and cross-functional teams.Contribute to sales strategy by defining objectives, integrating local market insights with global goals, and ensuring consistency across regions.Report and provide insights on key activities, client interactions, and market intelligence through the CRM system, supporting international decision-making.Requirements:Degree in Health Sciences, Biotechnology or related fields.Master’s degree in Commercial Management, Sales Management, or Biotechnology is a plus.Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, managing key accounts or large clients internationally, preferably in genetic diagnostics, biotechnology, or related health sectors.Skills:High level of English.Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.Strong results orientation, with analytical skills for managing budgets, sales forecasts, and KPIs.Proven experience in working with international markets and managing clients across different geographical regions.Knowledge in implementing technological solutions or complex products in a commercial setting.Your Benefits:Company car.Flexible Compensation Plan, providing an adaptable financial package tailored to your needs.Salary range to be defined based on the candidate's qualifications and experience.If you're looking for a new challenge and meet all the requirements, we’d love to hear from you!
