We are seeking an English-speaking, highly motivated, and results-driven marketing professional to lead and enhance our Email Automation, Lead Generation Strategies, and Market Research.
This role is integral to driving business growth through innovative marketing techniques, leveraging tools like ActiveCampaign and Dynamics 365, and supporting multiple channels, including email campaigns, webinars, and referral programs.
Responsibilities:
1. Market and Competitor Research: Perform market and competitor analysis generating insights that help our sales, tech, and marketing teams. Create comprehensive reports summarizing trends, customer behavior, and competitive positioning. Gather insights and action proposals based on said insights.
2. Email Automation and Lead Generation: Develop and execute a comprehensive email lead generation strategy using marketing automation platforms like ActiveCampaign.
o Design, launch, and optimize targeted lead campaigns.
o Create and A/B test email sequences to improve performance.
o Build nurturing workflows to guide prospects through the sales funnel.
3. Newsletters and Customer Journeys: Plan, set up, and manage newsletters targeting our client base.
o Develop and optimize onboarding and offboarding email flows to enhance client experiences.
4. Webinars and Online Engagement: Organize, launch, and manage webinars and online training sessions to attract new clients and add value to existing ones.
5. Affiliate and Referral Program Management: Take ownership of affiliate and referral programs, including partnerships with local resellers promoting our ad monetization technology.
6. Performance Tracking & Optimization:
o Monitor and analyze KPIs to measure the success of email and lead generation strategies.
o Identify opportunities for improvement and implement A/B testing to refine strategies.
o Continuously analyze campaign metrics such as email deliverability, open rates, click-through rates, and ROI, driving actionable improvements.
Qualifications:
* A native English level, both spoken and written.
* Proven track record with Email Lead Generation strategies and tools of at least 2 years.
* Experience with CRMs and Marketing Automation. Dynamics 365 and ActiveCampaign are a big plus.
* Experience utilizing website analytics tools, like GA4, and interpreting data to continuously optimize actions.
* Strong organizational skills, capable of prioritizing and managing multiple tasks and projects effectively.
* Adaptability to changing environments and priorities.
* Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
