Job Purpose
This role is responsible for leading the network design for CCEP, with a focus on optimising the overall end-to-end Cost-to-Serve in the long term. IT also requires anticipating future capacity needs to support strategic categories and enable sustainable business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensures long-term capacities and capabilities for the CCEP network to support growth strategy, optimise overall network costs, and build capacity for growing and strategic categories.
* Makes sure that the physical network is aligned with SC strategy, ensuring that portfolio, performance and capability optimisation opportunities and capital needs are identified and addressed accounting for service, inventory policies and asset utilisation targets.
* Leads Network Infrastructure projects, a decision-driven framework and governance that is based on our ONE SC Strategy and global way of working.
* Develops and runs multiple network scenarios using our advanced modelling tool to identify optimal future options for sales, service, cost and capacity through end-to-end optimisation (make, move, store and deliver).
* Utilises and further enhances network optimisation tools, parametrised according to global standard and ready to use for the Business Unit needs.
* Develops Business Continuity plans for SC and specific contingency/transition plans for strategic projects.
* Supports Engineering and Site Masterplan routines on decisions impacting the CCEP network and considers risk and opportunities from obsolescence.
* Supports the NPD and commercialisation routines on decisions impacting the CCEP network.

* Internal: Strategic Planning CoE, Senior Manager Supply Chain Transformation.
* External: BU VPs, Planning and Commercialisation Directors, Manufacturing Directors and Managers, Engineering Leads, SC Finance, S&OP Leads, Logistic Leads, Planning Strategy Leads, SC Business Transformation (e.g. Transformation Director), CDSP CoE Leads.
Experience preferred
* Required: 5-10 years in supply chain planning.
* E2E supply chain capability: infrastructure planning, E2E Operational Planning, manufacturing.
* General knowledge of all supply chain functions, roles, and responsibilities.
* Financial background considered an added value.
Qualifications required
* Required: Business administration, supply chain or engineering background.
* Advisable: MS degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Economics, Engineering, Supply Chain or similar areas.
Functional technical skills required
* Integrated Supply Chain Understanding (network optimisation, planning, inventory management).
* Experience with planning software tools - Data Guru, Supply Chain Guru and SAP APO/IBP preferred.
* Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Office applications and Excel skills.
