Job Description for SDbackfill1 position: Service Desk Coordinator
Location: Barcelona Headquarters
Role Summary: The Service Desk Coordinator is responsible for managing and coordinating service desk operations, ensuring effective communication and support for VIP clients, and overseeing relationships with various stakeholders and service providers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate the service delivery, managing both internal and external staff.
* Validate and communicate monthly/quarterly service follow-up reports to Legal entities.
* Conduct weekly control and follow-up meetings with the current provider team.
* Manage monthly control points with Retain IT of the OE (Service Manager).
* Biweekly control and follow-up with Az Tech Hub Spain (SPOC of Workplace).
* Handle communications from the functional mailbox.
* Provide technical support and resolve queries for the VIP group at the headquarters.
* Manage requests from the VIP group.
* Weekly control points with the local CPI and IAM teams.
* Oversee onboarding processes.
Qualifications:
* Experience in service desk coordination role.
* Strong communication and organizational skills.
* Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and prioritize tasks effectively.
* Proficiency in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
* Leadership and team management capabilities.
* Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives within the service desk.
* Proficiency in Service Now for incident and service request management.
* Experience with content management in SharePoint and KDB in Service Now.
* Familiarity with Active Directory for user management.
* Understanding of Power BI for data analysis and reporting.
