We are seeking a reliable, bilingual (Spanish-English) Personal Assistant & Household Manager to support a dynamic family in Alicante. This role is centered on providing structured support across domestic tasks, vendor coordination, light clerical responsibilities, and lifestyle logistics—helping the household run efficiently without the need for micromanagement. This is an ideal position for someone organized, service-oriented, and eager to grow into a long-term, polished support role.
Core Responsibilities
1. Oversee and coordinate outsourced household services (cleaners, laundry, dry cleaning, etc.)
2. Manage household inventory and grocery runs
3. Ensure cars are maintained and fueled
4. Organize mail and household documentation
5. Track and reconcile monthly household expenses
6. Manage a monthly meal plan using AI tools (due by the 21st of each month)
7. Schedule family-related appointments (medical, personal care, etc.)
8. Support real estate admin tasks (rent and bill tracking, tenant communications)
9. Assist with travel planning and logistical prep
10. Communicate with other team members or vendors as needed
Requirements
1. Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English (written and spoken)
2. Tech literate: Proficient with Gmail, Google Drive, spreadsheets, and mobile apps
3. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and punctual
4. Able to work independently while following structured SOPs
5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
6. Valid driver’s license and comfort running errands
7. Discretion, professionalism, and a service-first mindset
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 12:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.
