Medical Sales Representative - Hearing aids
Our core business is to help people to hear better. Patients need a prescription from an ENT doctor to get equipped with hearing aid solutions provided in our stores. To increase our visibility on the market and ensure incoming leads for all our points of sales, your main responsibility is to develop a strong network and long-term relationships with doctors across Madrid. Once they become our partners, you ensure that they are actively prescribing our brand and audiological expertise to their patients.
Main responsibilities:
1. Develop Amplifon's position in the Spanish healthcare ecosystem: expand our presence within hospitals and clinics in alignment with Field Sales.
2. Create, develop, and nurture business relationships with healthcare professionals through visits, organization of events, and training.
3. Generate new leads for our points of sales and increase conversion rate.
4. Measure KPIs related to medical field activities, investments, and proper administration (monthly/quarterly).
5. Ensure strict Medical Marketing compliance.
6. Drive development and execution of medical marketing plans and activities.
7. Oversee brand success that truly delivers for healthcare providers, clients, and Amplifon.
Job requirements:
1. University degree with specialization in Sales, Marketing, or Science preferred.
2. At least 3 years of experience in a Sales, Business Development, or Networking role, ideally in the Medical device or pharmaceutical sector.
3. Great networking and influencing skills, capability to create long-term relationships based on trust with KOL.
