Responsibilities
As a Check-In Agent, your duties will include:
* Greeting clients at the property (Check-In)
* Building and maintaining effective relationships with clients to ensure the best service experience and meet their expectations during their stay
* Handling client calls and inquiries
* Supporting the Reservations Team to ensure information is up-to-date
* Assisting the Sales Team with property visits
* Supporting internal communication with tenants
Requirements
* Excellent level of English
* A valid driver's license with over 3 years of experience
* Ability to operate a scooter/motorbike
* Strong communication skills
* Proactive attitude and approach
