Your New Role...
WBD is responsible for some of the world's most notorious films & series such as House of the Dragon, The Last of Us, The White Lotus, Barbie, Harry Potter, And Just Like That, The Sopranos, or True Detective.
In this exciting role, you will be responsible for leading and executing the strategy for streaming marketing campaigns for local & global titles in Iberia, working alongside all marketing levers (PR, social, performance marketing, partner/trade marketing, editorial) aligning all teams to drive the campaign objectives & results.
You will be responsible for supporting the streaming Marketing Director for Iberia and the broader Southern Europe marketing team to drive forward the brand health as well as acquisition and retention for WBD's streaming products.
Your Role Accountabilities...
* Manage campaign end-to-end strategy, budget forecast, and manage media buy across owned and paid channels ensuring best-in-class high-impact local campaigns.
* Work with the Marketing Director to manage campaign budgets to deliver the brand & campaign KPIs.
* Lead the media brief & buy for all owned, earned, and local original campaigns, working alongside local and international teams from ideation to execution on the ground.
* Lead creative direction and execution for all Local original campaigns in Spain (key art, trailer, all campaign creative assets), working with creative agencies, being in constant contact with showrunners, producers, and key stakeholders as well as the Content & Regional teams for visibility.
* Work with the International & EMEA Brand Marketing teams aligning on campaign direction, presenting local ideas & non-standard activations for local execution.
* Contribute to EMEA decks & presentations.
* Lead full funnel workflow with the Acquisitions team to optimize investment synergies and local market reach & impact opportunities.
Qualifications & Experience...
* An experienced marketer with proven success in full funnel marketing planning and execution.
* Strong creative appraisal skills and creative judgment.
* Strong financial acumen in order to manage budgets and judge the commercial benefit to the business of marketing initiatives.
* Strong relationship management with internal and external clients as well as key stakeholders.
* Structured with the ability to project manage various marketing campaigns and marketing teams to tight deadlines.
* A proactive, self-starting, and inquisitive person who is comfortable with delivering results within a dynamic and matrix organization.
* Experience with marketing a subscription service.
* Experience of working in a matrix environment.
* Strong communication skills and ability to present to key stakeholders internal and externally.
* Dynamic personality, adaptability, professionalism.
