**About the Role:**
We are seeking an experienced Category Development Manager to join our team in Iberia. As a key contributor, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive sales and revenue growth in the skincare and fragrance categories.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills, with experience working in a fast-paced environment. You will work closely with internal stakeholders, including Supply, Commercial, Digital, and Comms teams, as well as external partners and brands.
Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and revenue growth in the skincare and fragrance categories.
* Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective collaboration.
* Contribute to the development of marketing strategies and campaigns to support category growth.
* Manage and track Trade Marketing in stores and e-store.
Requirements:
The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. A C1 level English language proficiency is required, with Portuguese being a plus. Additionally, you will have 3-6 years of experience in a similar role, with analytical and numerical skills, forecasting and strategy expertise, and the ability to learn new tools.
