OverviewAs a Junior Project Manager at dyvenia, you will be part of the Delivery team supporting the planning, coordination and the execution of projects. The project managers assist the team in continuously improving their way of working, support creating and adoption of templates, facilitate communication and ensure alignment with Agile PMO frameworks (Scrum / Kanban / Waterfall) and timelines for the worlds biggest organizations.What will you do at dyvenia?Project work Support portfolio managers to determine the scope project Communicate project progress appropriately to different audiences Document executed work, progress of a project and generate reports Delegate, supervise and also execute small tasks and projects under hands on and regular support of more experienced team members. Change management: educate the team on quality standards and ensure agreed strategies are being followed and implemented in the teams Prioritize tasks as needed to meet project objectives and flag up any risks to the portfolio manager. Document executed work accurately.
