Your new employer
Pearson is the world’s leading learning company. At Pearson, we believe that education is a lifelong adventure. Whether designing for students, educators, or lifelong learners, we strive to build services which will guide our customers every step of the way.
Your new team
We are a medium-sized, globally distributed design team headed up by Benny Zuffolini, Kyrsten McCartney, Jag Rai, and Catherine Stuart, and we are dedicated to the Language Learning sector of Pearson, with its multiple product families and diverse audience. We work across UX/UI Design, UX Writing, UX Research, and Service Design.
Our team brings together diverse backgrounds, cultures, seniorities and neurotypes, which creates a dynamic environment with opportunities for growth. While we are spread across different geographies, we primarily collaborate with stakeholders in European time zones.
The UX discipline at Pearson follows simple principles: One size does not fit all; it is all about our users. Keep it simple and consistent, reuse don’t reinvent.
In addition, our team strongly values Collaboration, Curiosity, Proactivity and Making an Impact both in our work and in how we relate to our colleagues. We work together, we learn from everyone’s uniqueness, and we focus on adding value for our users while working towards the company’s goals.
