Are you passionate about the gastronomy sector? Do you have communication skills and would you like to get into the training field, interacting with students?
Your main mission will be to support the admission process of people who wish to do some training in our center.
In your daily work...
* You will support the enrollment management in our digital tools.
* You will guide prospective students throughout the admission process, providing support and resolving their doubts.
* You will review and validate the necessary documentation.
* You will collaborate in the elaboration of results reports.
* You will participate in innovative projects, such as CRM optimization, Salesforce integration and the development of our eCommerce platform.
Requirements
Do you identify yourself with the following characteristics?
* You have a Higher Degree in Administration and Commerce, Marketing or related areas.
* You stand out for your communication and interpersonal skills.
* You have an intermediate level of Basque and English (B1).
* You are characterized by being a hard worker, who feels comfortable working towards objectives.
You will make a difference if:
* You have between 1 and 2 years of experience in the performance of administrative functions.
* You have an interest in the gastronomy and training sector.
* You define yourself as flexible and able to adapt to different contexts.
* You know how CRM works.
* You have a Certificate of Disability of 33% or higher.
