We are looking for a Change Management Consultant to support a large-scale ServiceNow (SNOW) digital transformation project within the TRD division. This is a 12-month hybrid contract based in Madrid, with the possibility of extension.
Role Overview
As a Change Management Practitioner, you will lead the change strategy, ensuring a smooth transition and adoption of new ways of working. You will collaborate closely with the ASPEN Change Management team and TRD project managers, focusing on stakeholder engagement, communication, training, and long-term sustainability of the transformation.
Key Responsibilities
* Stakeholder Engagement & Impact Analysis – Identify impacted teams, assess readiness, and align with ASPEN’s change management framework.
* Change Strategy & Execution – Develop and implement strategies to drive adoption and secure leadership support.
* Resistance & Risk Management – Identify potential adoption barriers and deploy interventions (e.g., training, communication, sponsorship).
* Knowledge Management – Establish a structured knowledge framework to ensure long-term sustainability post-transition.
* Training & Communication – Design and deliver awareness campaigns, training programs, and key messaging strategies.
* Governance & Adoption Metrics – Define governance models and track adoption progress to sustain change beyond go-live.
* As-Is assessment & impact analysis.
* Gap & opportunity analysis.
* Knowledge management & training materials.
* Adoption measurement framework & reporting.
Skills & Qualifications
* Strong expertise in Prosci methodology (mandatory).
* Proven experience in change management for IT transformation projects.
* Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
* Ability to design & facilitate workshops.
* Experience in visual design & storytelling for impactful communication (preferred).
* Fluency in English (spoken & written).

Duration : 12 months (extendable)
