Teleperformance Spain, with more than 4,700 employees in 10 sites (certified with Great Place to Work, AENOR and Top Employer), is looking for a Lead Prospector who will be responsible for delivering high potential customers to our Sales Development Representative by delivering high quality leads, researched from various digital sources.
Responsibilities:
* Prospect high quality, policy-compliant leads
* Assess company potential using provided guidelines and online tools
* Conduct eligibility checks using internal tools to ensure prospects are eligible for acquisition
* Deliver a set of leads based on the agreed quarterly target
* Make outbound customer calls to promote and sell the loyalty card
* Create, maintain and update database of customers with complete information
* Consolidate existing customer base while building new customer base
* Ensure customer follow-up all the time
* Handle customer needs and requirements
