Job Summary:
* This role requires achieving sales objectives and expanding market penetration through Surgical Vision product sales to new and established medical and professional accounts.
* You will create territory plans to achieve objectives, identify customer needs, and recommend new products to address them.
* A strong understanding of customer needs and the ability to develop customer-focused presentation packages is essential.
Main Responsibilities:
* Territory Management: Develop and implement tailored business development plans to achieve sales targets and expand market presence in key customers.
* Clinical Sales: Present our portfolio and equipment to clients, addressing their specific needs, and identifying opportunities to drive growth.
* Relationship Building: Establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, providing input to sales forecast, and reporting field activity.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or equivalent.
* Minimum 3 years' experience in Ophthalmology, preferably in sales or business development.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Fluent in English.
PREFERRED SKILLS:
* Market Access experience.
* Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
