This position provides social work services to employees and their families remotely. The successful candidate will possess strong clinical skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to thrive in a virtual environment.
Responsibilities:
1. Provide a range of social work services to employees and their families, including:
2. Individual and family counseling
3. Crisis intervention and support
4. Case management and care coordination
5. Referrals to community resources
6. Employee assistance programs (EAP) counseling
7. Support for employees facing personal or family challenges
8. Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
9. Maintain accurate and confidential client records in accordance with all relevant regulations (e.g., HIPAA).
10. Collaborate with other healthcare providers and internal departments as needed.
11. Participate in professional development activities to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
12. Adhere to all company policies and procedures related to remote work and data security.
Qualifications:
1. Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited university.
2. Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) in good standing.
3. Minimum of 2 years of experience providing direct clinical social work services.
4. Experience with telehealth or remote counseling services preferred.
5. Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and intervention skills.
6. Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
8. Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR) systems.
9. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
10. US Citizenship or Green Card Holder required.
11. High level of comfort and proficiency with technology for remote work (e.g., video conferencing, teletherapy platforms).
