Key Responsibilities
Project Analysis
* Work closely with global business and technical stakeholders to analyze and define requirements for cross-product initiatives.
* Conduct detailed gap analyses to identify risks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement in workflows and systems.
* Develop comprehensive documentation, including business cases, process maps, and technical requirements.
* Leverage data and insights to recommend actionable strategies that align with Mars Petcare’s vision.
Project Management
* Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of global digital projects, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities.
* Develop and maintain project plans with clearly defined milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and risk mitigation strategies.
* Coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless collaboration and communication across time zones.
* Track and report project progress using tools like Jira, Confluence, or MS Project to ensure transparency and accountability.
Marketing Technology Expertise
* Drive the integration and optimization of marketing technology tools, including Salesforce, Adobe Experience Cloud, Treasure Data, and analytics platforms.
* Collaborate with global teams to implement and enhance tools that improve customer engagement, data insights, and operational efficiency.
* Provide expertise in marketing automation, CRM, customer data platforms, and analytics solutions to support global digital initiatives.
* Stay updated on industry trends and innovations in marketing technology to recommend best practices.
Cross-Product Collaboration
* · Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders to align cross-product dependencies and deliver impactful solutions.
* · Support the launch of new global initiatives, ensuring they are scalable, efficient, and aligned with business needs.
* · Prioritize backlog items and manage cross-product implementation for both ongoing projects and new pilots.
Data Analysis & Reporting
* Design and maintain dashboards to track KPIs and project performance for global digital initiatives.
* Use tools like Tableau, Power BI, or SQL to analyze complex data and generate actionable insights.
* Prepare and present reports for senior leadership, highlighting progress, challenges, and recommendations.
Required Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
* Experience in business analysis and project management, preferably in big tech, marketing technology, or global digital product teams.
* Strong understanding of marketing technology tools, including Salesforce, Adobe Experience Cloud, Treasure Data, or similar platforms.
* Proven experience managing cross-functional projects within global teams.
* Advanced proficiency in tools like Tableau, Power BI, Jira, and Confluence.
