POSITION OVERVIEW
As Regional Training Manager, you will be a key partner in shaping the LOEWE Perfumes brand experience across all Europe's stakeholders, collaborating with HQ and Retail to equip teams with the knowledge, tools, and passion to create lasting connections with clients. This position will be reporting to the Regional Director Europe.
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Brand and Product Presentations: Deliver engaging live session presentations to various stakeholders (Beauty Advisors, Staff, Clients, Media, Press, Consumers, Suppliers) to inspire and influence their perception and interaction with the brand. Implement blended corporate learning initiatives, tools, and technologies to support regional sales growth.
* Instructional Design: Develop and adapt learning content for regional needs. Coordinate the creation and graphic design of multilingual training materials including slideshows, videos, scripts, product manuals, training sheets, newsletters, digital games, and quizzes. Ensure content is suitable for different formats and audiences (Train the Trainers, In-class, In-store, One-to-one coaching, Online, Streaming).
* Learning Gaps Identification: Conduct thorough needs assessments and learning gap analyses to identify specific training requirements and development opportunities within retail teams, ensuring learning solutions that align with business needs and objectives.
* Event Production & Logistics: Manage logistics for learning events, including travel, accommodation, venue hire, catering, decoration, gifts, audiovisuals, POS display materials, and product orders. Coordinate with clients' training managers for brand, product, and novelty trainings, including training plans, calendars, agendas, attendee lists, invitations, travel plans, and interpreters if needed. Ensuring the full training activation meet the corporate and visual merchandising guidelines.
* Vendor & Budget Management: Manage the full lifecycle of external training solutions, from vendor selection and contract negotiation to performance monitoring and regional training budget management, ensuring alignment with regional and global training strategies.
* Development Plans: Implement and monitor development plans, utilizing different training methodologies, to ensure beauty consultants consistently deliver a unique brand experience at the point of sale (POS) that reflects core values and brand vision.
* Global Training and Retail Alignment: Collaborate closely with Training & Retail HQ to ensure alignment of training programs that meets the global brand strategy.

PROFILE NEEDED
* LANGUAGES: Bilingual in English and Spanish, and Fluent in French or/and German
* IT TOOLS: Microsoft 365
* EXPERIENCE: At least 5 years of experience in training, events, marketing, or communication departments.
* MOBILITY: Willingness to travel around Europe.
DESIRABLE
* INTERNATIONAL EXPERIENCE: 1-2 years of education or work experience in an English-speaking country.
* RETAIL EXPERIENCE: Experience as a beauty advisor selling perfumes and cosmetics.
* INDUSTRY KNOWLEDGE: Knowledge of the luxury industry, LVMH, and key players.
* ARTISTIC BACKGROUND: Experience in an artistic discipline that involves staging.
* ADDITIONAL LANGUAGES: Proficiency in other languages such as French, German, Polish or Czech.
