For our office in Barcelona, Farmaprojects is looking for a new Talent Acquisition, Development & HR Project Specialist to join our Human Resources Department from January 2025.

Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle for managerial and specialist positions, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline to ensure a consistent flow of potential candidates for future openings.
- Conduct reference checks and background screenings.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on hiring best practices.
Development
-Organization of internal training programs and cooperation with training companies
-Analysis of Training Needs, Planning and Coordination of the courses.
-Coordination of the programme of internship in cooperation with schools and Universities.
HR Project Management:
- Manage various HR projects, such as employee engagement and wellbeing
- Develop project plans, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.
- Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and addressing any issues or risks.
- Conduct post-project evaluations to assess outcomes and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in recruitment and HR project management.
- Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
- Desirable experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR information systems (HRIS).
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Minimum Advance level of English
