We are looking for you to join our Marketing Department in the position of Perfume Development Specialist.
Your mission will be contribute value to the company by ensuring the quality of the fragrances we have in our library, and in the proposals we recommend to our clients.
Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the fragrances category management, leading the market and consumer understanding in Europe for home care and personal care categories
2. Responsible for the customers and brand projects, delivering fragrances proposal on time and under high quality standards and under cost requirements, aiming to win projects, and growth the category.
3. Responsible for leading fragrance innovation, looking for new technologies, testing versus benchmarks and implementing new technologies for customers and brand projects.
4. Being responsible for all projects activities, since commercial briefing, developing /choosing the fragrances, cost analysis, preparing presentations to customers, introducing/presenting fragrances in customers meetings, aiming to win fragrances projects to grow market share.
5. Prepare fragrances analysis market, consumer reports to internal and external customers.
6. Be part of the internal team expert panelists, with the corresponding responsibility of participating in all the companys panel tests that are necessary.
7. Evaluation of the fragrances both in terms of new developments requested from our suppliers, as well as competition and benchmarked market products that are of interest to us. Being responsible for delivering report analysis and sales presentations to interest groups, and external feedbacks to suppliers and final customers.
