OPEN TO CANDIDATES IN ALL EUROPEAN COUNTRIES As the Manager, Commercial EMEA, you will drive UATPs commercial activities across the region, focusing on expanding the adoption of UATPs innovative payment products and solutions. This role is instrumental in strengthening UATPs presence in EMEA by acquiring new partners, fostering relationships with existing Merchants and Issuers, and cultivating strategic global partnerships. This fully remote position is based in EMEA and reports to the Director, Commercial EMEA. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Lead, support and own commercial efforts in designated markets. Focus on nurturing relationships with existing clients by ensuring optimal utilization of UATPs products and solutions, while driving new initiatives and commercial opportunities to expand the adoption and success of all UATP payment offerings. Ensure Merchants understand all UATP procedures and processes which include providing training. Liaise internally with colleagues to provide timely presentations that includes accurate and uptodate data and analysis. Serve as followup resource for the Commercial team when it comes to action items related to the sales lifecycle. Assist UATPs Commercial and Operation teams in preparing and facilitating Issuer and Merchant implementations meetings. Support consistent growth of newly launched and existing Merchant and Issuer programs. Prepare and deliver presentations to UATP Members and partners. Attend and participate in designated virtual and inperson meetings and industry events. Establish and maintain positive, respectful, and productive relationships with individuals inside and outside UATP. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS At least five (5) years of commercial experience that includes all stages of the sales cycle within the global payments and/or airline industry. Bachelor''s degree in a business related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge and skills were acquired. Proven experience in commercial proposal design and value quantification. Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail, with the capability to translate numerical data into actionable insights. Fluency in English and Spanish (written and verbal). Proficiency in Portuguese, German, and/or French is a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Ability and willingness to work in a highly collaborative, cross functional, and remote team, in a home based environment. Ability and willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 30% of the time. Trips may be overnight, week long, and weekends. Reside in Europe.
