SUMMARY
Integral daily management of the Lightsource bp large-scale solar plants in the UK, ensuring best practice for safety, quality and environmental performance, whilst enhancing the overall returns and value of each project and complying with all of the applicable contractual agreements.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
* General management requirements - Contribute to develop policies, processes and procedures to ensure all relevant procedural/legislative and contract requirements are fulfilled.
* Managing a portfolio of 15 sites for a capacity of ~100MW all located in the UK.
* Maximize total return for each asset through the analysis of system efficiencies and identifying opportunities for improved performance.
* Establish a collaborative relationship with the EPC & O&M contractor with the aim of maximizing the safe asset performance and operation.
* Daily Asset Management operation - Manage day to day operations of the Asset Management organization providing guidance, encouraging teamwork and facilitating related professional work processes in order to achieve high performance standards.
* Review and manage all SPVs contracts for SPVs obligations and other contract party respectively, including insurance.
* Performance review of the sites as well as analysis of potential optimisation projects/actions.
* Regular review of site performance on monitoring platform.
* Monitor and control all financial budgets.
* Monthly review of operational and financial KPIs, identification of improvement opportunities.
* Support Financial manager with analysis of P&L variance and CF Forecast and Solar plants Budget.
* Preparation of stakeholders reporting.
* Responsible for managing the sub-portfolio from commercial, financial and technical perspective; dealing and managing internal and external stakeholders including external clients.
KNOWLEDGE
Development and assets management experience in solar PV and wind energy in an international and global environment.
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS
Engineering MSc or Finance/Business Admin MSc is a requirement.
