As part of Mantu’s growth, we are looking for a new talent within our marketing team.
Marketing at Mantu combines expertise and passion to reinforce, enhance, and broaden the brand’s visibility and recognition, through strategic campaigns, content creation, and transversal project management.
Starting on January 2025, you will join the team in Barcelona as a Brand and Communication Officer, reporting to our Head of employer branding and being part of a multicultural team with people based in various countries.
Your missions
In this position, you will get a unique overview of the key communication topic, being in charge of internal and external communication for our different brands and ensuring seamless coordination.
Your responsibilities will involve:
1. Produce internal and external social media posts (LinkedIn, Viva Engage etc.) for our different brands and for the top management, ensuring vibrant content on social media.
2. Manage weekly updates, monthly articles, and newsletters to foster community and share insights both for internal and external communication.
3. Update presentations, develop communication templates and create brand videos to ensure high-quality corporate content.
4. Study and analyse trends related to brand management, both inside and outside our ecosystem, to identify what makes sense for us.
5. Help and support the entire team on cross-cutting subjects, allowing you to discover all the stakes of marketing and communication.
Your profile
1. Currently pursuing studies in Business School, with a specialization in Marketing and/or Communication or in communication schools.
2. Strong interest in branding, social media management, and marketing. A first experience in advertising or branding agency is a plus.
3. Fast learner with a desire to get stuff done with urgency, accountability, and precision.
4. Perfect oral and writing skills in professional English and native French.
5. Proactive and team player attitude; good organization and time management skills.
6. Well-versed in AI today, mastering different tools related to marketing and generative AI, and a strong interest in learning even more about this subject.
