Job OverviewWe are seeking an experienced, dynamic, and results-driven Yacht Retail Charter Broker to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end yacht charter booking process, developing and nurturing client relationships, and delivering exceptional customer service. This role requires a strong passion for the luxury yacht industry, a keen understanding of global charter destinations, and the ability to create bespoke travel experiences for high-net-worth clients.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain a portfolio of clients seeking luxury yacht charters.
* Identify client needs and recommend suitable yachts and itineraries tailored to their preferences.
* Manage the entire charter booking process, from inquiry handling and contract negotiations to finalizing bookings and post-charter follow-ups.
* Build strong relationships with yacht owners, central agents, and industry partners to stay updated on available yachts and market trends.
* Prepare detailed proposals, itineraries, and presentations for clients, showcasing yachts and destinations.
* Ensure compliance with charter regulations, agreements, and industry standards.
* Provide 24/7 support and concierge-level service to clients during the charter experience.
* Attend international boat shows, networking events, and trade shows to expand industry connections and knowledge.
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of popular and emerging yacht charter destinations, crew standards, and yacht specifications.
* Work collaboratively with the marketing team to create promotional content and strategies to attract new clients.
Qualifications
* Proven experience as a yacht charter broker, luxury travel consultant, or in a related high-end sales role.
* Comprehensive knowledge of yachts, chartering processes, and global charter destinations.
* Excellent negotiation and sales skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
* Strong network within the yachting industry and familiarity with industry tools (e.g., Yachtfolio, MYBA contracts).
* Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
* Ability to work independently and under pressure while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
* Flexibility to travel and attend events or boat shows as needed.
* Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.

* Multilingual abilities to serve an international clientele.
* Familiarity with luxury lifestyle trends and services.
* Existing sales experience in a yachting/maritime environment is desirable.
