* The HR Intern is responsible for assisting the HR manager in all areas of human resources related matters to support the achievement of business objectives and ensure superior employee experiences.
* Assist with agencies management, staff operating including attendance management, employee induction, training, management, evaluation, and other related work.
* Assist with the optimization of the salary and welfare system of the Warehouse staff, helping the operation leadership team to optimize and qualify the assessment scheme to ensure optimal efficiency and cost in the warehouse and other facilities.
* Assist with the implementation of Cainiao culture in the warehouse to create an efficient and simple front-line operation organization to support business.
* Undertake other human resources administrative related work, such as the on-boarding and offboarding of employees, payroll administration, etc.
* Cooperate with HR TD / OC team to lead warehouse projects such as employee satisfaction improvement, atmosphere enhancement, team buildings, training, etc.
* Assist with providing admin and ad hoc support to ensure operation efficiency and experience satisfaction.
Basic Qualifications
* College degree or above, preferably in the area of HR management or related discipline.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
* Quick learner, good at thinking and summarizing, proactive, optimistic with strong anti-stress ability.
* Have a good sense of customer service, customer first, patient and meticulous, pay attention to team cooperation and trust partners.
