IT Project Manager
Responsibilities:
1. Acquire and maintain in-depth knowledge of technical products, functionalities, and services provided by our platform.
2. Produce technical presentations explaining products or services to existing and prospective partners.
3. Understand partner needs and systems/platforms to suggest the best possible integration solution based on our platform's services and functionalities.
4. Collaborate with commercial teams to understand customer requirements and provide sales support.
5. Align capabilities, gaps, and integration timelines of the relevant stakeholders within each integration.
6. Deliver joint project plans aligned with all parties and stakeholders, both external (partners) and internal teams.
7. Manage project schedules and milestones.
8. Report to the Programme Manager and Head of Digital.
9. Coordinate project executions with involved parties' PMOs (or relevant point of contact).
10. Work closely with partners and commercial teams.
11. Relate with Technical Leaders and Country Managers.
Requirements:
1. Technical Engineering in Computer Sciences, Telecommunications, or other academic degrees acceptable with sufficient expertise in software development and architecture.
2. Knowledge of modern software development methodologies and practices.
3. Proven track record for planning, executing, controlling, and closing projects with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
4. Highly proficient IT skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Project (or similar).
5. Excellent written/oral communication skills for reports and presentations.
6. Diplomatic ability to influence others at all levels of the business.
7. Strong ability to build lasting relationships with key stakeholders.
8. Ability to competently mediate disagreements and negotiate agreeable resolutions.
9. Relevant experience in project management.
10. At least 10 years experience designing & building software.
11. At least 5 years of experience managing the complete lifecycle of a project with project teams of 3 to 10 people.
12. At least 5 years managing stakeholders' expectations.
13. Commercial skills are desirable.
