The IT Systems Administrator is responsible for managing and maintaining the organization's cloud services, including Microsoft 365, Sophos, and Adobe. This role serves as an intermediary between the junior support team and IT management.

Responsibilities:
* Intune policy and device management
* Reporting and administration for Microsoft 365 services
* Sophos endpoint policy management and reporting
* Adobe administration and support
* Act as an intermediary between the junior IT team and IT Manager
* Handle escalated support tickets
* Provide mentorship and guidance to the junior IT team in collaboration with the IT Manager
* Windows 11 troubleshooting
* Network troubleshooting (wireless networks)
* Application troubleshooting
* Technical documentation
Security and Compliance:
* Manage Intune policies and endpoint security
* Ensure security configurations and compliance are maintained
* Report on IT KPIs based on IT requirements
Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or three (3) years of experience in a similar role
* Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert) are preferred
* Proven experience in systems administration, particularly with cloud services like Microsoft 365
* Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Legal authorization to work in Trinidad and Tobago
Preferred Skills:
* Experience with technical documentation
* Knowledge of security and compliance best practices
* Reliable transport is required for on-site support across our 3 office locations.
