Mission
The mission of the Commissioning Manager is to ensure the correct commissioning of projects and systems, managing the commissioning process from planning to final delivery to the client. You will be responsible for coordinating teams, ensuring compliance with technical specifications, guaranteeing quality execution, and ensuring safety at all stages of the process. Your role will be key to ensuring that projects are delivered on time, on budget, and with the highest level of efficiency and functionality. You will travel to the different projects under construction for the time necessary to carry out your work on the project.
Responsibilities
* Coordinate commissioning: Supervise the commissioning of projects, ensuring the integration of systems and equipment according to technical specifications.
* Planning and monitoring: Develop and manage project work plans, schedules, resources, and budget. Monitor compliance with local requirements for energisation and provide information requested by the client for connection authorisation.
* Team management: Coordinate and lead internal and external technical teams, including engineers, technicians, and suppliers.
* Regulatory compliance: Ensure all activities comply with safety, quality, and environmental regulations.
* Control and troubleshooting: Monitor commissioning execution, identifying deviations and proposing effective solutions.
* Final delivery to the client: Guarantee the correct delivery of projects, carrying out tests and ensuring the optimal functioning of the systems.
* Technical documentation: Maintain and deliver the necessary documentation, including test reports and operation manuals.
* Post-delivery support: Provide training and technical support to the client after project delivery.
Job Requirements
Training: University degree in Engineering (Electrical). University training in other branches of Engineering, such as Mechanical Engineering or Renewable Energies, will be an asset, provided that knowledge, complementary training, and solid experience in the electrical area can be demonstrated.
Professional Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in project commissioning projects, preferably in renewable energy (PV), industrial or infrastructure sectors.
Knowledge of the position: Knowledge of MV and HV; Knowledge of substations.
Technical knowledge: Proficient in Project, Excel, and Microsoft.
