Your position in our crew
As part of the expansion of our Business Analytics team, we have a vacancy for a (Senior) Data Engineer (m/f/d). To support our group of companies during this transformation, we aim to establish business analytics and intelligence as key value drivers in all major business decisions.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop, maintain, and optimize ETL processes for integrating and processing data from various sources.
2. Drive the implementation and further development of data warehouse architectures based on Snowflake and Data Vault Builder.
3. Ensure high data quality and availability.
4. Continuously develop and optimize the business analytics infrastructure, aligning with departmental goals, standardization, and automation.
5. Collaborate closely with specialist departments to identify data requirements and areas for optimization.
What you bring to the team
* Degree in computer science, business informatics, data science, engineering, or a comparable qualification.
* Proven expertise in creating and optimizing ETL processes.
* Solid experience with Data Vault Builder, Snowflake, and Qlik Sense.
* Extensive programming experience with SQL and Python.
* Proficiency with MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
* Fluency in German and English, along with strong communication skills.
* High motivation, independence, quick comprehension, organizational agility, and a strong sense of responsibility.
