Key Responsibilities Clinical Excellence: Promotes clinical excellence by educating others on the importance of incorporating in depth clinical, procedural, and product expertise in alignment with customer priorities to develop innovative solutions that address current and future needs. Business Acumen: Understand, coach and guide others in incorporating financial acumen (pricing, impact of pricing, volume), analytics, and J&J; and customer business expertise, including operational practices (marketing, account management), to create insights for business and account planning and ensure alignment with the overall regional or global strategy.
