The Corporate Tax Technician supports execution of our global tax strategy on Group level.
You will help to optimize the different companies of the SanLucar Group worldwide tax wise and you will participate in the development of its international subsidiaries to analyze and keep in mind tax aspects in this type of project.

Your role highlights – your responsibilities
* You will participate in definition and advisory of SLs tax management on group level (new sites and existing ones). Help align the group's strategy with subsidiaries. Interpret and explain to internal stakeholders applicable local, national and international legislation and regulations regarding tax aspects to optimize the tax outcome. You will evaluate the impact of new tax laws and regulations on the company and adjust strategies accordingly.
* You will work closely with the rest of the company's functional areas (finance, legal, accounting, among others) in order to assure data coherency.
* You will work with the Tax Manager, providing advice, guidance and support to SL subsidiaries with regards to a diverse variety of tax matters, e.g. cross-border restructurings, withholding tax matters, financing implications, etc.
* You will collaborate in the design and implementation of tax guidelines on group level. Closely interaction with external advisors, review and challenge these advisors and provide the outcome internally.
* You will support tax audits.
* You will be part of the different projects & global tax reporting. Working with team members across geographies, collaborating and building relationships with stakeholders in commercial, financial and legal functions, among others. You will also collaborate and provide support in Global reporting tasks. Specially responsibility for the execution and completion of initiated projects.

Skills & Knowledge
* Higher studies in Law, ADE and/or Economics. Master in Taxation is a plus.
* Languages: English and Spanish fluently. Third language is a plus.
* At least 3-5 years of experience at a law firm or Big4 and/or in-house a tax department.
* Experience in both direct, indirect, local taxes, and international taxation (experience in consultancy, not only filling in tax forms). Knowledge in Transfer Pricing issues and customs. Experience in M&A, knowledge in finance, accounting and legal are a plus.
* You have very good knowledge of work tools such as MS Office applications.
* Mobility: willing to travel.
* High detail orientation, resilient person, excellent communication and team work skills (relationship management with other functional areas as well as external stakeholders; able to adapt communication to different environments).
* Strong written and oral communication skills.
