The Difference You Will Make
We are seeking a passionate Pricing Specialist responsible for planning, overseeing, and coordinating day-to-day activities to ensure the strategic bases of the entire group at the pricing level.
As a Pricing Specialist, you are entitled to determine pricing schemes for a company’s products and services.
We are building a project based on the segmentation of the group into two large blocks: This role will help us to build an automated price strategy using current algorithms that have worked, and setting new ones.
Also setting strategic foundations of the entire group at the price level.
This role is supervising the Revenue team, teaching and guiding through the pricing market analysis that allows the improvement of the algorithms.
Your Journey
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
* Implement an automated price management strategy, based on advanced algorithms, which optimize the group's profitability and competitiveness.
* Define a unified pricing model, aligned with demand, seasonality, and other key market factors.
* Implementation of Automated Pricing Algorithms o Development of a system based on updated data to adjust rates in real time.
* Ensure that Pricing Ecosystem will act as the strategic center where they will be implemented and it will adjust the pricing rules for the entire group.
* Monitor and forecast demand to ensure optimal availability and pricing throughout the year while co-partnering with Managers and team members involved.
* Provide periodic dynamic forecasts of expected results, variances, and budget comparisons.
* Building and testing laboratory to validate strategies before their implementation throughout the network.
* Integrate with advanced analytics tools to continuous monitoring and optimization reports.
What do you bring to your trip
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position within luxury hospitality brands.
* Strong knowledge of Standardization of the pricing model to ensure coherence and alignment with business objectives.
* Hospitality degree or equivalent, with a thorough understanding of luxury service techniques and trends.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hospitality management software.
* Fluent in English or any knowledge of an additional European language is a plus.
* Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, and non-verbal).
* Strong organizational, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
