Role Description
This is a full-time, fully remote role for an experience, motivated & talented Business Development Executive. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities. Daily tasks will include initiating contact with potential clients collaborating with the sales team to drive growth and closing of sales. The role requires effective communication and strategic thinking to achieve business goals.
Qualifications, Experience & Skills
* Minimum of 2 years experience in Business Development Sales
* Telephone & email sales
* Cold calling
* High ratio deal closure
* Professional communication skills in both verbal and written English (Spanish and/or Portuguese a bonus)
* Experience & self motivation to work independently and remotely
* Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
* Experience within property portals and/or the real estate is a big advantage
